Experience the Power of Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the world’s oldest and most respected healing systems — practiced for thousands of years and increasingly supported by modern medical research. It works by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms, helping to restore physical and emotional balance from the inside out. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, support for hormonal health, or a sense of emotional calm, acupuncture offers a powerful, time-tested path to well-being.
In today’s high-pressure world, chronic stress has become a leading contributor to illness. It disrupts sleep, digestion, immunity, and mental clarity — slowly pulling us out of sync with our bodies. Acupuncture helps reset the nervous system, relieve tension, and create space for the body to heal and rebalance itself.
Alongside stress and health management, I also support clients with sports performance and rehabilitation, using acupuncture to enhance circulation, accelerate recovery, and prevent injury. For those seeking natural beauty solutions, facial acupuncture offers a gentle, holistic way to improve skin tone, reduce fine lines, and restore radiance without invasive procedures.
I’m Emily Kirtley, a fully qualified acupuncturist with a deep commitment to whole-person healing. My path to this work began after a decade in the corporate world, following studies in business and law. The experience of starting a family prompted me to re-evaluate how I wanted to live and serve — ultimately leading me to leave the corporate sphere and pursue holistic medicine.
I trained at the School of Scientific Oriental Medicine & Acupuncture under the esteemed Dr. Daniel Keown, gaining a solid foundation in both classical Chinese medicine and its integration with modern science. I also bring the insights of personal practices in Qi Gong and yoga into my work, which continue to shape and deepen my approach to health and healing.
Whether you're seeking recovery, renewal, or a deeper connection to your body, I’m here to support you with care, clarity, and evidence-based wisdom.
